Meet the Outfitter 

Born and raised in the Sangre de Cristo mountains of New Mexico, the high country has always been in his blood. Issac grew up learning how to ride, hunt, fish, and trap, and has advanced in those skills throughout his years. When he got his first hound he never looked back. After years of trial and error, he can now successfully run an entire pack of his own - trailing and treeing mountain lion, bobcat, and bear throughout the year. He has hunted alongside some of the most experienced houndsmen in the state and is always striving to broaden his skillset and those of his hounds. While hound hunting is his passion, big-game hunting is his way of life, and his many years of DIY hunting has taught him a lot. He has become keen to the game and to the mountains they live in. He has taught himself how to pack a string of horses into and out of the wilderness - with gear or game in tow. When he is not hunting or guiding, he is exploring the high country with his horses and hounds - scouting for bighorn sheep, shed hunting, and fishing. The alpine adventures can be endless when the high country is in your backyard, and if staying a while means setting up a wall tent then Issac will do just that!
